Hello, my name is Tünde

I was born and grew up in Hungary (in Central-Eastern Europe).  I have a Bachelor degree in French teaching. Before moving to California in February 2014, I worked for 8 years as a Trade advisor at the French Trade Commission of the French Embassy in Hungary. I have lived in Paris, Bordeaux, London, Seattle,and San Jose. After moving to the Bay Area, I wanted to return to education and started working in a Montessori Preschool. I have been tutoring Elementary, Middle & High school students who came from different backgrounds at various ages and language levels for over 8 years in the Bay Area. Speaking French, English and Hungarian and also learning different cultures and languages has led me to my desire to help children learn about new cultures and particularly their most fundamental tool - the language. My experience with different languages has given me the knowledge to best fit student needs while having fun and gaining confident learning a new language.
